Jim, I remember this time so well.... I had recently started working for you and my Jim was taking Hebrew from you. At work I sensed something was deeply amiss and before long I knew what it was. You did indeed move in the right direction. Within two years my Jim would drop out of seminary deeply disillusioned. It wasn't until much later in life that he found his confidant (an old friend from high school who now lives in Michigan). Sadly, I don't think he was ever quite able to tame his demons. Thank you for these thoughts!
